Training and Placement Cell
The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) serves as the platform for interaction between the college students and companies came into existence in our college during the academic year 2022-23.TPC assists desired final year students to get suitable job after completion of their program. However, the training and grooming commences from the very first year. Spotting talent, classification, working on the strengths and weaknesses of students has been the hallmark of our endeavors. TPC conducts Training programs to enhance soft skills and overall personality of students in association with industry and academic experts. Invitation Letters/e-mails are sent to various companies and organizations for conducting campus drives. Internships are also provided to the interested students to groom them to become job ready. The students are given occupational training such as communication skills, time management and stress management skills to be able to adapt to different work cultures and environments. The cell is renewed for every academic year 2025-26

Campus Placement Drive
Report: Campus Placement Job Drive was organized by IQAC in association with placement Cell on 23rd May 2025 in the college. Karnataka Bank, HDFC Bank, Asian Paints under the Consultancy of ESS VEE Recruitech and Erayaa Buliders and Developers (start-up) were the companies who participated in the job drive.
Formal inauguration program of the campus drive was held at 11:00am in the college auditorium which included prayer by the students, welcome address by Prof. Pratibha Kalas-Principal, lighting the lamp by the Dignitaries, Felicitation to the company professionals by the Dignitaries, Pre placement talk by the company HRs (Mr.Jeevan from ESSVEE Recruitech and Ms. Sindhu & Ms.Nivetha from Erayaa Builders) followed by presidential remarks by Dr. Jayarama Shetty S, Director and vote of thanks- Mrs.Padmashree, Asst. Professor Dept. of English. The program was anchored by Mrs. Yogitha K, Asst. Professor Dept. of Commerce.
Each student was given an opportunity to appear for the interview of Karnataka Bank, HDFC Bank, Asian Paints & Erayaa Buliders and Developers (start-up). All the 24 students participated actively. A mock interview was also conducted for 4th semester B.Com students by Erayaa Buliders and Developers.
